City Hall Hours Cleveland Heights
City Hall business hours are from 8:30 am to
5:00
pm.
For the convenience of those wishing to make
payments, a payment drop box is located in front
of City Hall, 40 Severance Circle. There is also a
payment drop box inside of the Cleveland Heights
Community Center, Monticello Boulevard at
Mayfield Road.
