City Awarded Funds from the Homelessness
Prevention Fund
The City of Cleveland Heights has been awarded
$715,677 from the Homelessness Prevention
Fund, part of the American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act of 2009. This fund will provide
financial assistance and services to prevent
individuals and families from becoming homeless
and help those who are experiencing
homelessness to be quickly re-housed and
stabilized. The City will coordinate these
activities with the Cuyahoga County Office of
Homeless Services.

Consolidated Plan 2008 Action Plan for the
Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-
Housing Program (HPRP) is available for review,
