Find a Vaccine

  • Cleveland State University’s Wolstein Center (2000 Prospect Avenue) will be the site of an eight-week vaccination clinic that opens on March 17 and is expected to administer 6000 vaccines per day. It will be open seven days a week, 12 hours per day. Scheduling an appointment for the vaccination is now open online. Those interested can also call the United Way of Greater Cleveland's 2-1-1 COVID-19 vaccine phone line for help registering as well as for free transportation, including RTA passes.
  • Ohio has launched its first statewide “Get the Shot” centralized vaccine appointment registration site, which can be accessed online

Eligibility

In Ohio eligible phases are 1A, 1B,1C, 2A, 2B  and 2C of its COVID-19 vaccine rollout. This includes: 

  • Residents age 40 and over.
  • Individuals with certain medical conditions
  • Pregnant women
  • Individuals in certain professions, including staff at K-12 schools
